This was a terrible bike. The equipment level was good but the design was bad. The front shocks got recalled. The frame had "iso zones" which were silicone grommets that the bars from the axle to the seat went through, rather than being solid. The grommets wore out in a year, I had them replaced. The second year the frame broke down by the bottom bracket. The design just allowed too much flex. Also because of the flex it never did shift correctly because things weren't in the same position riding as they were when it was on the rack. Also fenders would rub or break because of the flex. A truly terrible design for a fairly expensive bike
